PayPerChat Terms of Service

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set forth the conditions under which the PayPerChat service ("Service") is provided, and constitute a legally binding agreement between the service operator ("we", "us") and you, the user of the Service ("you"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately. We may update or modify these Terms from time to time with prior notice, and the updated Terms will take effect from the effective date indicated in the notice or on the website. In the case of material changes, we will provide notice at least 7 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use the Service, you must register a valid account and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you must not share them with or allow access by any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old and of legal age to consent to the use of the Service in your country of residence. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Even with such consent, we recommend that minors use the Service under the guidance of a parent or guardian whenever possible.

This Service utilizes third-party AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini to provide chat responses. To use the Service, you must purchase or recharge virtual credits ("Credits") within the platform. A certain number of Credits will be deducted each time you perform a chat or request, and you will not be able to use the Service if your Credit balance is insufficient.

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, payment processing fees, and exchange rate differences incurred during payment. We offer full refunds for unused Credits within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, Credits cannot be refunded for any reason.

Credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase or issuance. Unused Credits will automatically expire after the validity period. We reserve the right to modify our Credit policy (including pricing and deduction rates) at our discretion and will provide prior notice in case of such changes.

You must use the Service only for lawful and legitimate purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. All conversations, responses, and materials ("Content") generated or provided through the Service are based on your inputs, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of such Content.

You retain rights to the Content you submit during your use of the Service, such as questions or messages. We may use your Content to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and operate the Service securely.

Chat records may be stored for up to one year to enhance service quality and for your convenience. If you delete individual chats, they will be permanently and immediately removed. The Service is provided in connection with third-party platforms and APIs, and its availability may be affected by disruptions or limitations in those external services. We do not control or take responsibility for third-party services or content and are not liable for any resulting damages. You are also required to review and comply with our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

When using the Service, you must not engage in any of the following actions:

• Using the Service or its content for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in a manner that infringes upon the rights of others;
• Copying, modifying, distributing, or selling any part of the Service without authorization, or creating derivative works based on the Service;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service (except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law);
• Accessing the Service in an abnormal manner or collecting data through automated scripts, bots, or similar technologies;
• Circumventing usage limits or security measures set by us, or interfering with the operation of the Service;
• Impersonating other users or PayPerChat staff, or misusing the Service by providing false information;
• Engaging in any activity that violates these Terms, published policies, or accepted standards of decency and public order.

If you violate any of the above prohibitions, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Service or terminate your account as appropriate.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the Service without prior notice in the event of system maintenance, repairs, natural disasters, or other emergencies. If you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that harms the Service, we may suspend your access or terminate your account without prior notice.

Upon account termination, you will lose access to the Service. Any Credits purchased within 7 days and not yet used may be eligible for refund upon request. After 7 days, remaining Credits will not be refunded. If you voluntarily request to delete your account, it will be immediately deactivated, and your personal information and content will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. We will retain your data for up to one (1) year after account deletion only to the extent required by law, after which all personal information and content will be irreversibly deleted. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered, so please back up any important data before requesting account deletion.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the Service. The Service is integrated with third-party APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini. Changes, outages, or limitations in these external systems may result in delayed responses, malfunctions, or service interruptions. We do not control or guarantee the operation or quality of any third-party service and are not liable for any damages resulting therefrom.

Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated content. You are solely responsible for using such content based on your own judgment.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of expected profits, or data corruption resulting from your use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, in which case the applicable laws of those jurisdictions shall prevail.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, such local laws shall prevail to the extent required.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you agree that, to the extent permitted by law, the competent courts located in our place of business shall have jurisdiction. However, if the laws of your jurisdiction require different legal procedures or venues, such laws shall apply.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our customer support team.

All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, user interfaces, and related intellectual property associated with the Service are the property of us or our affiliates and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. 'PayPerChat' and its related logos are registered trademarks, and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. In the case of significant changes or termination, we will provide advance notice to the extent reasonably possible. By continuing to use the Service after such changes, you are deemed to have accepted the modifications. We are not liable for any damages resulting from changes, suspension, or termination of the Service.

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the translated versions and the original Korean version, the Korean version shall prevail. The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be based on the Korean original.
