Do credits expire?
Credit validity depends on your plan: Starter (6 months), Pro (1 year), Business (2 years). Use them within the validity period.
What are input and output tokens?
Input tokens are what you send to the AI (your questions, prompts). Output tokens are the AI's responses. Both consume credits based on the model's pricing.
How are credits consumed?
Credits are consumed based on input + output tokens. Each message costs: (input tokens ÷ 1M × input credit rate) + (output tokens ÷ 1M × output credit rate).
Why can't I have as many conversations as shown?
Token counts vary by language and sentence length. The table shows single-turn conversations (20 sentences each way). Multi-turn conversations consume more tokens due to context, reducing the total number of conversations.
How are tokens calculated?
Tokens are calculated based on the AI model's tokenization. Roughly 1 token = 0.75 words in English.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose based on your usage: Starter for occasional use, Pro for regular conversations, Business for heavy usage or team environments.
Can I use different AI models?
Yes! All plans include access to every AI model. Credits work across all models, just with different consumption rates per model.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer full refunds within 7 days for unused credits. After 7 days, credits cannot be refunded for any reason.
